You can remove colleagues by logging in, then clicking on "Mijn Account" and "Bedrjfsprofiel" in the top right corner.
Go to the "Beheer Team" tab and look for the relevant colleague, then click on "Verwijderen."
At the moment, it's not possible to search or filter under "Manage your team."
